The front desk staff were unenthusiastic, not welcoming, and lacked passion. This was my first time there and they didn't seen interested in whether I came back again.
My therapist was just average. She was pleasant but her technique was strange to me. I have had many massages and usually am able to relax completely. However, I ended the one-hour massage still feeling tense and unsatisfied. Her follow-up consultation was short, detached, and lacked any recommendations other than to come back.
The facilities are definitely no-frills. No locker rooms or changing rooms, and I was given a plain glass of water in a clear SOLO cup. Suggestion, a few slices of cucumber goes a long way. Yes, their prices are lower than say REJUVENATION SPA several blocks away, but you get what you pay for.
All combined, this was by far the least appealing, satisfying, or pampering spa experience I've ever had.

This spa changed ownership around a year ago. They are working hard to make changes to the space and change the culture and customer service. I give them a solid effort in updating and will continue to visit this location. They have some of the best therapists in town at this location also.

My husband and I booked a couple's massage with the private whirlpool for our wedding anniversary. It was extremely relaxing! I wasn't sure what the expect because the spa is in the Princeton Fitness Center so I wasn't sure what the atmosphere was going to be like. However, the massage area is behind a door which provides ample privacy and a serene atmosphere. After we put on our spa shoes were had a minute to ourselves in a relaxation room with a little fireplace and a sofa. Our massage therapists were very cognizant of our needs, asked multiple times how things were going and what we liked or needed changed. It was very quiet and peaceful. They always whispered and spoke softly to keep the peacefulness of our retreat. The whirlpool tub was the perfect way to end our romantic celebration. We had a glass of sparkling juice and I brought some chocolates for us to enjoy. The oil was very light on our skin and didn't leave a heavy residue and the whirlpool left my skin so soft and smooth. We had a wonderful time!

The environment is relaxing and welcoming. Kerry does a great job of listening to what I want for my hair. She has taken my hair from red, to purple, to brown and makes sure I am happy with the outcome. I recommend her to anyone looking for a quality hair care experience.

I am disappointed that in order to get an appointment you have to give them your credit card over the phone! I am not comfortable with giving my credit card to some girl over the phone for a $35.00 hair cut.
I called several other salons and none of them asked for a credit card.
I told the girl I was not comfortable and she said that I had to give her my credit card number or they would not hold my appointment.
I have been there 3 times in the past so it is not like I am a new customer!
How disappointing.....
