Rejuvenation Spa

Today I had a trrriable experience of facial with an asthetician named Mandy. I always get dual exfoliation facial at this place for years. This was the first time I was getting the service done from her. She was disgraceful during an-entire facial service and started misbehaving in the middle of the service. She did not do a good scrubbing and left all the grains on my face and mouth. When I asked her to clean my face as I feel grains of scrub all over my face and mouth while she was applying the hydrating mask, she said that’s the best she can do and left me in the room by saying she can’t do it. She used same gloves on my face which she used on my foot 😡and even though I asked her to change her gloves she did not! Not only that but once I got changed and came outside the room, she started yelling and said “ I don’t want to see you here ever again and what do you thInk of your self” she also asked me to go to another service provider who has opened a new place. So clearly she is diverting this salon’s customer as well. I hope the owner take an action of such an employee and get rid of her before she messes their business. I’m a VIP member for 5 years and this is howi got treated today. I have reported this incident to Manager who was very understanding and apologetic during this. I would not recommend any one for facial services at this place by Mandy.

I got married on 8-19-17 and had Rejuvenation Spa do my makeup as well as the moms’ and bridesmaids’. I can’t say enough about it – everyone looked absolutely stunning. The spa was within my price point but there’s no sacrifice on product – in fact after my trial, I went for a long hike and out to a sweaty barbeque and the makeup didn’t move, though it came off easily that night with soap and water. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and talented – I can recommend Amanda in particular who was very patient with my specific requests. Brides, look no further!

Hair stylists do a great job, however the office staff are very unorganized. I had to reschedule my appointment 3 different times within 2 days, and I finally just said forget it. I won’t be going back. Tried to get in touch with the manager, but no response. Customer service is lacking.

The service was disappointing and the receptionist staff are rude. I will never go there again.
