I have nice teeth, but terribly receded gums. Dr. Madison and his team help me keep a close eye on the recession. I've been a patient for three years now, and learn something new each visit. The hygienists want you to keep your teeth and gums as healthy as possible, and always have new tips and tools to add to your oral hygiene arsenal. I take very good care of my teeth, and wouldn't trust them with just anybody. Highly recommend Dr. Madison, especially if you have even slight gum recession. Get a handle on it early. Gums don't grow back!

My best dental experience ever!! Dr. Madison is an artist! He also takes the time to explain everything in detail and you never feel rushed or pushed to do treatment. He is very patient and his staff is A+. Front office and assistants are very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!!

I've actually had many positive dentist-related experiences over the years, yet Dr. Madison and his staff really stand out to me. His support crew is uniformly friendly yet efficient the term "well-oiled machine" comes to mind. As for Dr. Madison, he took the time to explain the procedure to me thoroughly. He did so patiently and with humor. The setting is quiet and relaxing; there were several other patients present during my appointment, but I felt like the only one there. I would definitely return to Dr. Madison and co. for my periodontal needs hopefully that won't be too soon!.

Following suit with the other 1 star reviews. My first consultation was very weird and I was not comfortable with the interaction that I had with Dr. Madison. I also wanted to add that the receptionist is particularly rude - she's not kind at all and has a serious lack of customer service skills. I am a super happy patient of Wagner Dental and can't say enough about my experiences with this office and their team. Wagner Dental referred me to Dr. Madison and I wish they would have made a different referral. I asked for another referral from Wagner Dental and they suggested Dr. Hovey. I am taking my business there and will not give any kind regards or referrals to/for Thomas Madison and his practice. He should retire...can't believe he is still in practice.

I bounced around from one dentist to another for more than 25 years, but receding gum lines led me to seek out a periodontist in 2011. Fortunately, I gave Dr. Madison and his staff a try and have never looked back. They are professional and personable, and do everything they can to make each visit pleasant. I am satisfied not only with the quality of the care my mouth is receiving, but I also enjoy the camaraderie in the office. The atmosphere is always upbeat and welcoming. A few years ago, during a gum graft I wasn't looking forward to, I found myself unable to suppress my laughter as Dr. Madison told one hilarious story after another.

I've been going to Dr. Madison for years, and I consider the regular cleanings I get to be so far above and beyond what I was previously getting at family dentists that it's not uncommon for me to fly back to Oregon from other places just to go to the dentist. Does that make me crazy? Probably. But it's also a testament to the care that Dr. Madison, Jackie, and the entire staff there give their patients. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Madison to anyone in need of a periodontist! He and his team are amazing and made my experience so easy and pleasant that I actually looked forward to seeing him! The work he did was TOP notch and he is a very skilled surgeon! 5+ stars!

I was referred to Dr. Madison and they are just wonderful. Unfortunately he has retired and merged with a group that has the worst customer service. I was not informed when I made my app that it was a completely different Dr. and staff. When I arrived at my app. They had me fill out all new info. When I asked if my insurance was covered by them the receptionist told me it was. They gave me an exam which I said I didn’t need. They said something about a new patient. I explained that I am not a new patient. That my app was only for a cleaning. The cleaning was great. The dr nice. But when I received my bill..... they did NOT carry my insurance and they billed me for the exam. $200 they expect me to pay. I am not. If they want to bill me for the cleaning and what it would have cost under my insurance fine. What horrible customer service. I will never go back.

I had a good experience with Dr. Madison. He explained the procedure and gave me options. He also made a special trip to get me a prescription when I was in pain. The treatment has been successful, and it looks like I saved a tooth.

The doctor gave me hard core sexist vibes with how he was talking to his assistant, he said I was too young to be showing signs of an illness he said I have, and asked me why I have anxiety in a sarcastic tone. He gave me very little information about what to do for follow-up and said he would put in a referral that never was placed. Don't recommend.
