We offer advanced courses for licensed stylists who are looking to enhance their techniques, explore the creative outlet, or revisit the foundations of cut and color!

The TIGI Hairdressing Academy NYC is casting models for demonstrations in our advanced cutting & colouring classes. We are looking for hip, trendy young ladies and gentlemen (18-35) with variety of hair lengths and textures.

Prospective models should be open to cut, colour & changing their current style. All model haircuts will be variations from our newest collection – DIY. Please see images below for samples of styles we are currently cutting & colouring.

Our casting call for suitability is held on Wednesdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm at our Madison Ave location. During this time we will take your photo and have a quick consultation with you. No appointment is necessary. We will notify you if you have been selected for a service within 2 weeks of your consultation.

All models selected for services will get their hair done by a member of the TIGI Creative Team in front of a class of licensed hairdressers. Classes are typically held on either: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday in the morning.
