Came here today for my makeup kit and Antonio could not have been more patient and helpful! I got such a variety of colors and he gave me recommendations of what I would use a lot and what is not so popular. Thank you so much Antonio!!

Staff is amazing!! Love their products and it's very convenient if you want to use one of their makeup stations. I teach my one one makeup courses there for the past 7 years already and I simply love it!!!

Not impressed with their products. They make it as difficult as possible to return, requiring not only the order number but the item number which requires calling them to get it. The cost of returning a lip pencil is $4.50. No pre paid return label. Unsubcribe link not working. On top of that, I now see that they are NOT CRUELTY FREE! I will never buy from this place again!!!

It’s a playground with the best babysitters- for your face: wander in, and you’ll come out with eyes wide- either from a touch of Eccessive Lash Mascara coupled with that ‘can’t put a finger on it but you’re glowing’ Star Lit powder - or from having contemplated all the colors of the rainbow that could somehow be expertly applied to your own canvas. It’s the people that make the place though, and this studio is no different- Helpful, knowledgeable, excited about the products and eager to actually make the match you want. A consultation to have them go through your products, weed out and curate what you have and add only what you need- would be a great gift to give anyone you know who wants to love their makeup more. Cam is particularly delightful.

Quiet spot on 12th street in Greenwich village for a very neat makeup store. Really high quality products. Staff was very polite and helpful too . I got myself a little birthday present. Recommended .

I love this store! The staff is incredible. Tonight Vaughn went above and beyond for me and I am super grateful! They cater to the pro artist community and non pros as well. It is a beautiful, clean and inviting store and they have tons of cool events!!

The best customer service and care. As a makeup artist I am constantly updating, researching, replenishing my kit to offer my clients the best quality cosmetics and high end brands as well as updating skills and following trends. I became a member of the Pro Store in Down town NYC. I visited and got a tour of the brand and products. Ruben and Pricilla were so kind, helpful, genuinely nice and very educational. I had the best experience and left feeling great about my visit. Will be going back again this week. It's Bridal Season, and I have to update my kit again! Looking forward to seeing them and seeing what is new.

Elyssa explored many options for my oily skin! She was very patient and really made me feel comfortable! I’m impressed by the excellent customer service and products, my favorite so far is the Water Blend. I will be back!

It's not just a place that sells make up. The artists there are knowledgeable and very skilled at what they do. They don't just sell makeup they teach and actually care about each and every customer. The manager Priscilla is amazing, extremely knowledgeable and understands what artist and consumers need. The team is small but extremely talented.
