My absolute favorite Timmys location. I ALWAYS stop in before and sometimes after visiting Belle Isle Park, it's the perfect addition to an adventure on the island. The coffee is always fresh and made the way you ordered. Never have I had to check to see if my order was right, because it always is, and somehow my coffee always seems to taste a little bit better when I get it here.
Been there twice when I was in town, and horrible, slow service both times. Stopped by 45 minutes after they opened and they weren't sure the IceCapp machine was on?! It's your signature drink and it's not one of the first things you check? Also, there were no vanilla or chocolate dipped, and the cashier wasn't even sure what kind of Timbits they had in stock. It has such potential being in such a convenient location, but I'm not going back after today.
I arrived here the other day a little after 9:30am to get some sandwiches for my family who were all getting ready for my sisters wedding. I didnt leave with my sandwiches until 10:20am! I was there for almost an hour waiting! I did have a fairly big order 7 sandwiches so I was figuring I would have a slightly bigger wait than normal but that was excessive! And i noticed while I was there that I was missing a sandwich so I asked if they could just give me a donut cuz I didnt have time to wait any longer. They did that but didnt even apologize to me or say anything about the price difference between a sandwich and a donut. After arriving at the hotel, I noticed I was missing another sandwich. I waited for almost an hour and got shorted 2 sandwiches with no apology or anything. Will never come here again. Very disappointed and frustrated.
The worst Tim Hortons around. Opens at 6 AM and most baked goods are not available to almost 7:30. Staff standing around As customers wait in long lines. Absolutely horrible customer service.
Waited 30 minutes during 'off-hours' for a $1.50 sandwich. Asked for a napkin for spilled coffee and cashier made a derogatory remark, then deliberately walked as slow as she could to get one - while I waited. This is a normal day at Tim Hortons.
Beyond a doubt the slowest Tim Horton's I have ever been to. Most mornings it will take more than 10 minutes to get in and out and it isn't even because they are busy. I was second in line and still waited 15 minutes.
My oatmeal was served undercooked, my iced coffee was warm, but my muffin was good. The workers let me exchange the oatmeal for donuts and replaced my coffee, however, my experience here was poor.
It was towards the end of closing time and I ordered an iced coffee, but the machine was off due to the fact that they were approaching closing time. Kind of bummed but the server gave me another chilled coffee drink and that was nice.
Hash browns were cold. Sandwich was missing the egg and also pretty cold. The AC was broken. I'm sure that the employees are miserable there and it shows in their work.
Service is erratic. But this TH is walking distance from the Ren Cen, and the Riverwalk. Tim Horton does not throw away its baked goods. Instead it donates them to Shelters.
