I got there while I was still half asleep, and the cashier was super patient with me as I failed to relay my coffee order several times. Luckily there was no line yet. Walked out with coffee and timbits. Very tasty, thank you!Food: 5/5
Had to revise to leave a comment! Went to pick up some coffee and croissants. They took the time to toast them and put in separate wrapping. Went the extra mile, very nice. Not many Tim Hortons do this, normally they don't give you the option and just throw them in the bag. Great service, extra attention paid to quality!
Shockingly good lunch. The fresh chips were fantastic, and the sandwich was very fresh and tasty. And of course the wait was almost non-existant, Tim Hortons is always great at speediness.
Everyone working there this Saturday morning looked and sounded like they needed a genuine hug. I almost called OSHA the girl on the speaker was also a very depressed character if any of you are reading this it gets better.
Consistently soggy food. Coffee is bad always gets ruined with way too much cream. Every few weeks I give this place another chance because it is close and convenient. Each time I swear I won't go back.
"Five stars?!", you might exclaim, "for a Tim Hortons!?" They got the order right = . It was hot = . It wasn't stale = . They didn't argue that my coupon didn't apply because I was asking for no meat on my sandwidge = . And it was fast = . There - five stars. I only regret that they've now set my expectations a little too high for the next TH I go to.

I’ve gone here 23 times this year and 23 times they mess up my usual order of coffee mocha with extra chocolate syrup. 23 times!!! I end up just throwing it away and just having to drink Coke IN THE MORNING!!! It’s not that hard literally it’s all donuts and coffee type drinks get it together if you don’t like your job or don’t want to work then go be a lazy pos at home. I’m tired of throwing my money away with this restaurant. If I ordered extra chocolate flavor it’s because I can’t drink the coffee MOCHA without it. This is why I’ve only been to this place 23 times I usually go to Tim hortons on Morse rd they’re always packed but they’ve never gotten my order wrong and they treat you like an actual human being.
This is your typical Tim Hortons and so it’s everything you’ve come to expect from the box chain. The food was great the service was very quick and efficient and very good I don’t know why Other reviewer’s list is it poorly for food and service that is not accurate this place is awesome. The only downside to this particular Tim Hortons is that it is very busy in the mornings with commuters going to work it’s also on a very busy street. But if you were in the area I need a quick snack this is a great place and a top-tier option for you
I have tried out many Tim Hortons around Columbus and out of all of the ones I have been to I would recommend this one. The staff is often very fast and the food is made right in comparison to others. I don’t want to promise perfect food every time, but nine times out of ten I am happy with what I got.
