Panera Bread

I don't know which is better the Good Food or Great Customer Service. Panera Bread always delivers great healthy, filling food, and wonderful customer service.

I ordered a HALF Asian sesame salad for lunch and waited Well over 20 minutes for. It not only has the wrong dressing, but only consists of lettuce, wontons and a pinch of sliced almonds, it is supposed to have much more according to the website and cashier. Very disappointed with the service I received from staff and this pitiful "salad", which is basically only lettuce, and cost me triple+ what a head of lettuce costs. Not worth the time or money spent. Good thing the green tea is amazing, besides that I would Not recommend coming to this location.

Fabulous place for sandwiches and salads. Great open atmosphere, delectable sweet treats and comfortable environment. I have always enjoyed anything I’ve eaten at Panera. Great location in the midst of shopping.

I wish they offered more of the healthy breakfast sandwiches like the egg with avocado and spinach on a whole grain bun. Excellent but they need more similar options.

Really bad oatmeal, I ordered quinoa and alimond oatmeal , and added blueberry on top for extra 1.56 bucks, but only around five blueberries!!!

This morning I went in to grab a bagel and coffee they only had one cashier who was very polite and I saw the manager just walking around not assisting anyone. There were more than five people in line and she didn’t stop to help ring anyone out or assist any customers. I watched her walk to the back to grab her empty cup to go to the fountain and fill it up and then she went back in the back. Great customer service from the one gentleman who was at the register but they need a new management!!

Worst Panera experience I've ever had. Was not greeted and was totally ignored after standing at the register for several minutes while the cashier stood right by the register while she toasted bagels for another customer. I ordered a coffee drink and stood there waiting while she was making it and then she walked away. The manager had to ask me what I needed and I told her my espresso was sitting there. The cashier did not give me a cup for my drink either. While waiting for my sandwich, one of the ingredients was not prepared and I had to wait a while for my food. No one said anything or apologized for my wait. When I received my sandwich, it was sloppy and sparing on ingredients. Will definitely not return. Not worth the money at all.

I love, love,love cheese broccoli soup there. But...a few weeks ago an employee did not put the lid tight enough and all the soup got on my car seats. It has taken me hours and lots of money to clean it up. Yesterday, they added extra money for eating in, despite the fact it was a carry out. And today... I got a cup instead of bowl and that special delicious bread was missing:- Pretty sad, as I am still very hungry and can't leave my job till 5 PM

The last few times we've been to the Panera on Bethel Road the service has been horrible. The coffee is always empty, there's no creamer, no sugar, souffles are cold, etc etc etc. they eventually replenish things but not till after two or three people complain and a line begins to form. And never do I hear a "sorry about your wait". We are usually there about 9:30 a.m. so it's not even that crowded. They need to hire some people there who actually want to work and not people who want to stand around and have fun all day. For the prices Panera chargers, service should be better.

Love sitting by the fire in the winter!
