Tim Hortons

The customer service at this location was phenomenal. Everyone was friendly and they all worked together to get our family order together. The food was great too. The donuts were delicious.

The people at this store use to be so consistent and reliable - very friendly. A pleasure to visit. The team now - SIMPLY SUCKS! They rush you when ordering - are not friendly at all - not a welcoming experience at all! And they often do not have items that are on the menu for some reason - shameful

Called to ask a question. I was friendly, kind, and gracious. I didn't get frustrated or upset at all. Yet the man who answered was incredibly rude and hung up on me three times!

This is a much better Tim Hortons than the one about a mile north on Sawmill in the Kroger shopping center. Even though this one is run better, I don't really find the food at Tim Hortons to be worth the price.

Horrible service. Ended up driving away. Person on speaker was talking on their phone and obviously couldn't be bothered to take orders.....

Their store hours state that they are open till 7pm. I went there at 6:10pm, they were closed, no workers present.

Drive thru on the way to work always busy in the morning but line moves quickly. Never had an issue with coffee or food here. Every server ive dealt with there has been great

Horrible customer service. Gas station coffee is better then, what I received at Tim Hortons.
