Always an amazing experience I have with this particular Firehouse! They're extremely polite, very courteous and amazing subs! Mobile ordering worked great. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice sandwich, amazing chips or incredible customer service!

Food was soggy and more sweet than savory. It’s very disappointing because this is my first time here. Will not be coming back for sure.

Firehouse subs is one of my favorite sub shops. Ordered this monster steak sub that would have received 5 stars however, had to take one off for the soggy bread that ended up falling apart

Nice people. Good prices. Yucky sandwich, unfortunately. At least the Italian is pretty bad. The seasoning that they put on the Italian is sweet. Tastes really bad. May try another sometime because the price is good. Some sound good. They give you an excellent quarter of a pickle along with a sandwich.

Fast, quick, accurate. Made a relatively complicated online order, 10 minutes later I walked in and picked it up off the rack. Everything was exactly as we ordered, hot, and tasty. Everyone was friendly and said hi when I walked in despite the fact they were pretty busy. Order for 6 was precisely what we wanted!

Great visit. Site did good job with social distancing to manage guests and keep us comfy. Food was amazing. Hadn't had a hook and ladder for a while and it hit the spot.
