Wendy's

Stopped at the Wendy’s on sawmill Road 12/26/24 ordered biscuit and gravy and a large seasoned potatoes. When I got to where I was going, I went to eat, and this is what I discovered. What happened? Where is the gravy that is normally over the biscuits the season potatoes was good. And the lady at drive-through was wonderful. The rest was horrible.

Doesn't matter if you come when the store is not busy or busy, you're ignored for 5-15minutes before someone acknowledges you and then you wait another 15-20 minutes for food. Terrible Terrible Terrible store ran by the female manager here. Such a shame too because it's so close to corporate.. The manager doesn't train anybody on hygienic status either as you can see she is here wearing her hair down while making food, yesterday I experienced one of the cashier ladies wiping her nose on her hand and then proceeding to make frosties 0 out of 10

So not sure what I got or how bad they messed up my order but I was supposed to get the Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich but got some chicken sandwich with mayo and bacon. Just save your time and go to a different Wendy's this one will mess up your food and not care about itFood: 1/5

I went here 2/21/24 at around 6pm after placing a mobile order and the lady taking orders through the drive through was incredibly unprofessional and very rude. The app told me to pick up my order and the lady said she didn't have it. I wanted to show her the app said it was paid for and confirmed, but she kept repeatedly telling me to park and check the app. Instead of just looking and seeing that she was wrong. I ended up cancelling my order. Will never go here again until they get more polite people taking orders.

This place has proven to be worse than other locations I've been to. Wet floors without signs 3 out of 7 times a week and I even watched an elderly lady slip and fall. All the managers did was look at her as she struggled to stand back up. They made a child mop whatever blood may have dropped. I seen with my own eyes mold on their strawberries. I was horrified to see a child eat the strawberries. Personally I would never eat here again Edit: ontop of everything, about the beginning of the summer an employee was told about a $500 hiring bonus. Well almost 4 months later he has still not received the bonus. He's done everything he needed to and was told it was cancelled mid summer. Also, managers are clueless and inconsiderate to people most of the time. I just saw one that usually wears red walk to McDonald's leaving the employees managerless Wendy's either step it up or get off the block

Very unprofessional went through the drive-thru. I had a guy take my order buy greeting me not understanding where he was working at didn't even say Wendy's. My boyfriend got three cheeseburgers and one meat was uncooked very pink.

Typical Wendy’s nothing strange or unusual. One of the mobile kiosk things was stuck on landscape mode making it difficult to order.

Sadly, the photo makes it look better than it does in person. This thing was slopped together, smashed down and tasted horrible. The meat was dry and lukewarm, yet it was sloppy wet with condiments, complimented with warm, limp lettuce, onion and tomato. If you can't recognize it is supposed to be a Dave's Single. I'm sorry, Wendy's. Your attention to quality has lessened over the years. You're down to a Baked Potato as the best thing on your menu.

Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes, no one responded. Went inside to order instead, first kiosk I used errored out. I finally get my order in, before everyone else. Waited 25 minutes for food inside while others who ordered after me were served first. They were not busy at all and yet I waited forever for 3 sandwiches and a fry. Worst service I've ever gotten from a wendys
