The Training Camp of the Columbus Blue Jackets this morning was fun and exciting. The Blue Jackets always treat their fans well. The Camp was held at the Ice Haus and Nationwide Arena.

The lady working today is working as hard as anyone could. Pleasant and trying to get a ton of orders out. We've been here 45 minutes and still don't have order. Unfortynately, she is working with perhaps the most worthless person I've ever seen. He just spent 30 minutes in the bathroom and now is standing in a stupor. She's trying to get him to work but he just ignores her.

Have gone here over the past years and never had any issue with staff. However I had been rudely told that lunch was not offered and instead of them making everything but the one lunch item I ordered they did nothing/had nothing else prepared for when pickup was available. I asked how do I get my money back and was told to call the number before she walked off no number was listed so emailed customer service which then said only IN-Store workers can offer a refund. I'm just going to dispute the charge for the order I never received rather than deal with the lady at the counter.

We ordered a lg coffee with 3 cream and 2 sweetener. There was no coffee taste just milky sweetener taste! The breakfast sandwiches were terrible. The biscuits were hard and the eggs tasted old. So disappointed!

Wednesday morning durinig a work week. 1 worker. 6 people in line. Waited over 20 minutes to get a coffee. Won't make the mistake of walking past Starbucks to go here, again.

When I got to my destination I have a half cup latte , I assumed it must have foamed up giving the allusion of being full . If I wasn't so far away I would have brought it back . Latte cost to much not to get a full cup . My sever was nice enough I guess.Food: 1/5

It's 9:30am.... on a Sunday. There are employees in the restaurant but the doors are locked and they aren't answering their phone. Great customer serviceTom Hortons!!!

Pretty confident they are never open. Don't waste your time going even if Google or their sign say they are open. I think this location has given up. I work down the street and have tried to go a few times this year and same experience.

Great Food, but it took them about 25minutes to make two sandwhiches and a cup of soupAll Menu Foods. Great place to eat as long as your not in a hurry. Just plan more time if you eat here, and you'll be just fine. :-
