Alessia was a great support person for my transition into the apartment. She was customer service focused and efficient with answering all my questions and concerns. Alessia was professional and she introduced me to Darrell in maintenance and other leasing consultants too. I give her a 5 star and A + report. Thank-you.

We had a rocky start with timber creek apartments. Due to the customer service being impeccable Alessia found ways to make things right and we enjoyed our stay. Alessia was great to work with and would recommend anyone looking for a great value apartment complex to lease from here.

Apartments are unkept and often require immediate repairs which may take several months. Down payment deposits are not returned, especially if another location is more suitable to a individuals needs.

Josh the maintenance supervisor is AMAZING!! Every time I have an issue going on he gets to it so quickly. I haven’t received that at any other property before. Thanks maintenance!

I recently moved in to Timber Creek, and Mikhail made the process very smooth and easy. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and called the office frequently, and the staff was always efficient and friendly. Maintenance staff is very helpful and respectful of COVID safety precautions.
