Solis Southline Apartments

Recently performed annual service for Solis and it went very smooth because of the staff. Very impressed with all involved in our time there. Jordan, Sully and the rest of staff are elite at their jobs but laid back about it. On top of that in a great location in the best part of Charlotte, incredible views for so many units.

Great location. Great staff. Great amenities. One of the best properties in South End to live and experience everything Charlotte has to offer. Management is very easy to work with and provides great assistance to all residents. 10/10 recommend calling Solis home.

AMAZING HELP! I had such a good experience here as I was helping my daughter find an apartment. One employee in particular, Mr. Knot, did SO MUCH to help me feel at ease and make us feel at home here! To the owners of Solis Southline - that man needs a raise!

I recently did some maintenance work for this property and must say it went very smooth and was enjoyable to do thanks to the staff! The maintenance crew made sure everything we needed was ready and easily accessible! Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!

One of the best properties in Charlotte! The staff is so friendly and they always have really nice resident events and food trucks. Everything looks brand new and I always feel really safe here. 10/10, would definitely recommend!
