Jess, Christine, and Lauren are a dream team of a team. They staff the District Flats desk and handle the management of the property, and they do a terrific job. They work tirelessly to handle complaints and are always quick to respond. Over time I’ve found myself even becoming good friends with all of them as well! They’ve made the transition from moving states all the easier and continue to provide great service. Also this place is priced appropriately and is in a great location and has fabulous amenities. Do it you won’t regret it.
Had to leave another review! I was super stoked about getting the new fridge, and it finally came in today. Tim came in to get it all ready and was in and out within 30 minutes... and set it up perfectly! He even helped me put my food back in the fridge and made sure I was happy with how it was set up! Tim is always a huge help and I love seeing him around our community. I appreciate his work every time he can knock something out for me.
I have been living here for almost two years now and have had nothing but an amazing experience . It all started during our apartment hunt tour with Allen! He listened to our needs and went above and beyond to find us a perfect fit. His expertise and charisma is truly what sold us on living here as we found him to be an extension of the professionalism and efficiency that is the property and management team here. If you’re considering living here , do it! Quiet and noticeably clean. Central location from everything , without the loudness from being RIGHT on the light rail. Endless bars , breweries , restaurants, workout centers , grocery stores , retail shopping within a minutes walk. #TeamAllen!!
The only “good” thing about this place is the location. But even that isn’t great because of the constant noise. The place is a dump. Walls are paper thin so you will constantly hear your neighbors next door and above you. You’ll also hear the massive construction site next door and all of the cars that rev their engines and race down Church street. The windows aren’t insulated so they don’t block any noise at all. There’s always trash in the hallways and stairwells. The system to buzz people in is always broken at the entrance on Summit Ave. The pool is so over crowded and people bring massive speakers and blast music from 10am till late into the night. If you face the pool you’ll hear everything. The gym is constantly closed either because of broken equipment which takes weeks to fix, a stray gunshot that broke a window and management didn’t tell residents about it, or from apartments above it flooding from broken washing machine and the water floods into the gym. Don’t live here. And don’t fall for their claim that they’re going to be putting in a driving range simulator, they told me that in March of 2021 and still didn’t have it by August 2022.
Sometimes the process of viewing and touring potential apartments can be stressful, but not here! I had an amazing experience with the leasing team at District Flats. From the moment we walked in, Jessye happily greeted us and ensured that we felt welcomed despite not having a scheduled appointment. Jessye went above and beyond to listen to all of our questions, concerns, and help find available options that met our needs. The building itself is well maintained and has awesome amenities! Allen did a great job with following up and was a pleasure to speak to as well. Although we did not ultimately choose District Flats as our next home, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received.
It has been a pleasure living at district flats. Even with the changes it has been a smooth transition. Natalia and Jessye have been very helpful in the process. I really like that they take pride in the cleanliness of the buildings too. Very glad I made the decision to live her!
Living here is not worth the money. The location is awesome, but they do not maintain anything here. They do not clean common areas such as stairwells. Doors don’t properly lock/latch and go months without being fixed. Their appliances don’t work well— I moved in late September and have had my sink faucet break, my garbage disposal didn’t work when I moved in, my washer flooded my apartment once and stopped working another time, my fridge/freezer broke and they took OVER 15 hours to fix it then refused to help compensate for all of the spoiled food, A/C broke, bathtub drain was clogged when I moved in and I had to drain-o it myself, two outlets have never worked in my apartment, and the list goes on. Refer to the pictures of communal areas that look disgusting and have things falling off the ceiling/peeling away from the walls. Giant hole by the dog park a person or three could fall in that they half covered with a pallet. Trash and bottles left everywhere every weekend. Parking garage has an area full of old broken trashy looking appliances. Packages go missing all the time since they don’t have enough secure lockers. Game room has pool table and poker tables but no pool cues and no poker cards. Dog cleaning area charges a fee, it is not a free amenity. Walls are paper thin, can hear every step the person above you takes, their toilet flushing, tub draining and cabinets closing. Same with next to you neighbors. The list goes on. Don’t end up trapped in your lease like me! Stay far away!!! I am posting this with fear of retaliation since I am still a tenant, however I hope it helps future tenants to pick a better place!!! Don’t fall for their nonsense. They’re friendly at first until you rent then they don’t care.
I have lived here for 4 months now, and District Flats has been great place to live!! Amazing location, responsive maintenance, friendly staff, many fun resident events, and great amenities. I'm so glad I chose District Flats!
I've been living here close to 2 years and love it!! Location is great, management is always very helpful and nice, dog park is a bonus, and we always have monthly resident events where we go out and socialize with our neighbors. It's a great way to get to know who lives here and make some new friends! The District recently renovated the club house with a new pool table and I'm obsessed! Just in time for the summer!
My favorite apartment ever! From the locationwhich is walking distance to everything including the stadium, the safety of the building including the gated garage, key fob entry etc the mail set up secure package area with lockersto the amenities including valet trash pickup. The inside of the apartment and the view of the city were extraordinary. Let's not forget the leasing office. When a business trip was extended for 3 months, the team went out of their way to secure a few deliveries. Above and beyond! I miss it already!
