Mosaic South End Apartments

Recently relocated to Charlotte from Illinois. Leasing staff Toriano and Jo are very personable. Toriano took the time to personalize my move-in process. But the maintenance and ground keepers Brent and Victor are beyond amazing. Any issues that I had with my unit was handled in an efficient manner. Definitely do not see one without the other. I love their work chemistry and love the fact that they will stop me in the hallways or elevator to ask me, how’s my unit!

Mosaic has been great so far, I also want to give a huge thanks to Lauren at the leasing office especially for all the help she is provided me. I took over at least about 6 months ago and now I am trying to renew my lease and she has done nothing but make it the easiest process for me. She's very helpful with the correct information and very punctual when needed. I highly recommend Mosaic South end apartments. It's people like Lauren and the rest of the leasing office that make it a very easy going place to live.

Just toured Mosaic South End and had a wonderful experience from start to finish! The leasing team was so friendly and the community looked beautiful and very clean. It's the perfect location with so much in walking distance and the light rail right next to the community. I also love how large the apartments are compared to others in the South End area. Will definitely be leasing and recommending to friends and family!

Recently moved in and it’s been a great experience. Jo and the rest of the staff have been extra helpful even when we need to make some last minute changes. Even with being in a busy area it’s very quiet and our floor plan is laid out nicely. We love the location so much! The amenities are pretty nice too. They also do a good job with packages and making sure they’re safe until you can get to them in the main office or Amazon hub. We love it here so far.

I have lived at Mosaic for a year and a half and it has been great for the most part! A big part of the reasoning for that has been thanks to Lauren at the leasing office due to all the help she has given me. She is always spot on with her information and very punctual when needed. I highly recommend Mosaic South end apartments. It's people like Lauren and the rest of the leasing office that make it a great place to live!

I just renewed my lease and it will be my 3rd year at Mosaic. The location is perfect for me, it is within walking distance to work, bars, restaurants, shops, and breweries. I barely drive anywhere, which is great since gas prices are high. The staff here is very helpful, especially Brent and Victor. They're always smiling, very friendly, and always helpful, and my dog Bruno loves them.

Mosaic South End Apartments are very nice and you get a lot more space for the same price when compared to many of the other apartments nearby. You can't beat the location if you're looking for the heart of South End. The staff are all nice and whenever I've had an issue they've willingly helped me handle it. One of the managers, Lauren, has been especially helpful and easy to work with.

We just finished the move-in process at the Mosaic and are beyond excited to start living here! Our leasing agent Kianna has been so wonderful throughout the process by checking in on us and always being there whenever something was needed. She’s so bubbly and friendly, and so is everyone else I have met from the leasing staff! We haven’t officially lived here yet, but the amenities are great so far and the community is extremely well kept. The maintenance team has even already checked in and greeted me just when I’ve dropped by to move things in. I can already tell the entire Mosaic team cares a lot and we can’t wait to officially move in tomorrow and I’m glad we chose this community to move to!

This apartment has been great! I have loved living her so far and the staff is fantastic. Everything we request is completed in a timely and efficient manner. The Assistant Manager Lauren helped us with everything during the move-in process. Would definitely recommend renting here!

Quite honestly a wonderful building with a great community and wonderful management. Been living here for several years and management has far exceeded my expectations. Any issue I have will be solved within a matter of hours, with some issues requiring quite a bit of work to be honest. Other than that, anytime I’ve made my way down to the front office, Lauren Pressley goes out of her way to greet me and ask about my day with enthusiasm. She truly wants you to have the best experience in this community and it shows exquisitely. Anything that shows up concerning myself gets a personal call from Lauren to inform me the situation and that’s not common. I very much enjoy this community and nice place to live. I’ll end this with saying this the the prime location in all of Charlotte being so close to absolutely everything. I barely use my car with the light rail about 100 feet from my front door. Keep it up Mosaic and Lauren
