The 5 star reviews are misleading. They did a promotion where if you left a review you were entered to win a coffee maker. Pros: good location and the closets were big. great storage. Cons:This apartment complex is filthy. The residents do not care about the community and throw trash on the ground and leave trash outside of their apartments. The unit I was in did not have a washer/dryer and hasn’t been updated since 1985. When I was paying $900 a month I could look past it but now they want to charge 1200 a month for the exact same unit when the door is so old and drafty roaches just walk in. The roof was literally caving in at the end of my lease. Flooring is duct taped to the baseboards. The apartments allow smoking so all your clothes and furniture will smell like smoke by the time your lease is up even if you don’t smoke. The front desk people are nice but terribly incompetent and difficult to deal with. The front gates were broken for over a year so that just shows you how well they prioritize your safety and how they keep up on maintenance. Over all you’d be better living somewhere else. Especially if they continue to have to audacity to charge far above what they’re worth.
We’ve lived in Wildwood for 1 year and 9 months. I would say that management in Wildwood is amazing. All requests were fulfilled quickly. We’ve lived in one bedroom & one bathroom then upgraded to - two bedrooms & two bathrooms - both of them were quite spacious and with good appliances. Nice pool, gym, laundry, dog park - didn’t use them a lot but everything was ok when we did. The neighborhood is quiet and green. A lot of parking space.
So far so good, Kayla was the bomb!! She was extremely patient and made the process less stressful. They are very thorough, everyone in the front office is really helpful and sweet. I can't wait to see how this year goes in my new apartment. Thank you guys
I lived here for a year. Super great location and was super close to work. Originally, the apartment they showed was nothing like the apartment I moved into. None of the amenities are kept up. The gate has been broken a year. I heard they may remove it all together. The washer and dryer room is pointless. None of the dryers work. They say they’ve had them tested multiple times and they work but how could they work if there’s no door on some of them. I started going to the laundromat a month after I moved in. You will have to dry you clothes for an hour even if there is only a couple things in there. BBQ’s are not kept up. Most the time there’s no fuel in them. Pool closes randomly for things. Summer before last, pool was closed rest of summer due to glass that broke. My apartment was upgraded but def looked like a kindergartner did the work. Halls walking into my apartment were disgusting/ dirty and had bugs and spider webs everywhere. The walls before you walked into my apartment in the back had red/brown stuff all over the walls. Looked like old blood. Still don’t know what it was. They told me they only clean them twice a year and I had to wait 6 months for them to power wash but it still didn’t come off. They just replaced all the staff in the office. The people before were a waste of space. The current staff are friendly, helpful and caring. The parking company they use are relentless and would tow your car with a baby in it joking. Parking pass if Lost is almost impossible to replace. The biggest thing here that made me give two stars was maintenance. Anytime I asked for something they came rather quickly to fix. Although, one time we didn’t have any hot water for a week for some reason and eventually got fixed. Good luck paying your rent online with your checking account and not being charged 40$ extra monthly to use your card. And yes, roaches. I would get my house sprayed at least once a month and sometimes more. Not a ton of them but one here and there is enough for me. My neighbors were super loud and ghetto. Had parties randomly, weed smoke daily with random little kids running around the parking lot of their guests. Hopefully with the new staff it can improve. Edited: oh I also forgot.. the water and other side bills they have tripled from after July. This will be an extra 100 at least a month.
I toured wildwood apartments today and I was nothing less of pleasantly surprised. From the moment I walked in Stephanie and Kayla were so friendly and helpful. I toured three apartments in the morning and they let me come back in the afternoon again to re-look at the spaces. It was so kind of them. Never once did they make me feel like a nuisance. I was impressed with the complex and am looking forward to living here.
My experience meeting the new Property Manager Angela was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and professional as well as made me feel very comfortable and excited to move in. I definitely recommend anyone who’s looking to move in a spacious apartment near lots of shopping areas to go. Please stop in
I had a great experience touring the Wildwood Complex. The Property Management Angela was very nice and helpful with all the questions that I had. I’m excited and awaiting approval for a move in, but I feel that I picked the right place
I relocated from NY to down here in Charlotte for work. I toured about 5 places including wildwood. Some had fancy amenities and the rent seemed pretty high for just one person. Wildwood was right in my budget and in a good location, plus it isn’t far from my new job. This is such a good first apartment with no crazy amenities. Victoria gave me the tour and was very helpful in answering any of my questions with explaining the different options available for my criteria. She made me feel right at home and I look forward to this being my future home
Office staff is amazing. Maintenance is very quick to address any issue I might have.
Great location, beautiful property and unit. Justin has been VERY kind, and gracious with his time in assisting our move from out of state.
