Me and my Husband recently purchased new backpacks from here. So far so good, the bags seem sturdy and meet our needs. There was a great selection and we got 30% off during there fall sale - BARGAIN!!

I got a bag from Tumbuk2 not even a year ago, and it wasn’t cheap, beautiful design, but front fabric quality is so poor, it’s not even a year and the front of the bag fabric is already damage and tearing in many places. My last bag was from Burton and I had it for 8 years and I never got damage like that. I am very careful with my stuff. Just poor fabric chooses.

Bought a bag a year and a half ago, not hugely impressed with quality as 4 buckles have had issues. Might be a dud model though as its been discontinued. Customer service is always great and just dropped it in for repairs. Steve at this store was great.

I went to the store to check out the Swig, Tuk, and Hero backpacks in person after researching them online. Mike was the sales rep in the store at the time and he guided me through the various options in great detail. Mike was very knowledgeable and approachable. I'm glad he was there to help me finalize my decision in the end. Great experience!

Very unfriendly staff - they do not know how the 101 of customer service. I purchased a bag from them on 2/5/19. The bag has a zipper that does not zip correctly and they refused to look up my receipt. They said that their system was not able to look up receipts... In 2019 what type of retailer is not able to look up a receipt? Over all a very frustrating visit. Will not be going back.

Pleasant experience in store. Very helpful. Spent time answering my questions and didn't push any sales. Walked out with a new bag as a result.

Just walked in this place as it opened and almost broke my ankle on the high step up that I couldn't see. The guy working showed zero concern and stared at me. I asked if they were opened and in an aggregated voice said "Barely.". He also barely responded when I asked if they had any of the online sale items at the store. Now I know to shop online w them. The in store person was horrid

Great attention as soon as I walked through the door the gentleman was very attentive and informative about warranty and prices on items, only giving 4 stars because the store could be bigger not a big selection on bags

Came here for the Grand Opening. Got stickers, coffee, and a free bag. They didnt even pressure me into getting another bag... But I did. Excellent atmosphere, good fit for the area. Welcome to NYC.

Great store with great bags and great staff. Mike's the best! Super friendly and super helpful while I quizzed him on all the bags.
