Dr Jay has been my primary physician for some time now. Dr Teplitz strongly recommended him. At first I was apprehensive in the change, but I must say. I am so glad I did. He's a little unconventional, but so on point. If you like living and your looking for s good Doctor with an exceptional staff, you won't find a better doctor, trust me. Give him a call and make an appointment at one of his three locations I see him where it's convenient for me you won't be sorry.

Dr jaysundra is best heart doctor other heart specialist waste ur time he is really nice and caring. His assistant Jovan she is very good helper and very talent & experienced.christine & all staff is nice when ever we wil go they they welcome nicely..

The staff is excellent, the way they communicate with the patients is amazing very attentive, Dr. Tj is the best, I definitely would not know where I would be without him being my doctor, when I first went to see him my blood pressure was uncontrollable, this doctor did everything to get my blood pressure under control. I recommend him and his office to anyone... thank you...

We need a bigger office to see patients. The service here is excellent. I have been a patient for over 20 years. The office is going through a transformation where office space is concern but it doesnt take away from the excellent service. Dr Weston is the best and TJ is the best heart specialist around. Since this post, they have a new office, real spacious and nice. It needs some warm and an interior designer. It is still the same service. The office staffs are very accommodating and helpful. When you go to the doctor, you are already anxious so you need reassurance and this office gives me that. I went through a major health scare and i can honestly say that these doctors and staffs were very reassuring. This is something you really need when you go to the doctor especially when you are scared.

The administrative staff are not professional and are quite frankly incompetent. Where is the customer care?!! One of the receptionists asked me to call my own insurance company to verify if they accept my insurance. Needless to say this is absolutely unacceptable behavior. To worsen my experience the receptionist had an attitude when I told her my insurance company said the doctor’s office will NEED to call all whilst she was eating her pizza AT THE FRONT DESK. The only good thing about my experience was Dr. Marsha Wesley. She was attentive and polite.

The front desk receptionist Melissa is extremely rude. When I requested a referral she stated she would not be able to provide me with a referral. She then said she would not be able to get another doctors fax number either. I then asked if I could speak with someone else that could provide some form of customer service, Melissa then hung up on me. That's more than likely not her real name so whoever is on duty today, 7/9 at 3pm, was responsible for such terrible customer service. I then called back and Melissa answered again but tried to use another voice and stated no one was in the office and that she was part of the answering service the office uses. She then hung up on me again when I asked her for her name. I called back a THIRD time in which they sent me to the answering machine. This is unacceptable. To have such unprofessional and rude employees is a terrible reflection on the company. If I could give zero stars I would.

Friendly staff, whom are thorough. Dr Jay himself is friendly & asks lots of questions. Highly recommended...
