Too much for too little. $64.99 PREMIUM+ OIL CHANGE & FILTER PLUS 2 FREE SURGE WIPER BLADES is what I paid for. A labor charge was on the bill as well, and the wipers were not changed. I waited 2.5 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Also, my tires have a ring around the outside now, alignment may be way off. My radio up/down switch does not work now, and when I started the vehicle the radio was way up. They left the plastic liner on the seat they use to protect the seat. I came by Friday and did not get the oil change done, because I wanted to be courteous to the employees and give them time to do the requested work properly. I am disappointed in the service I received Saturday.

Bought tires there. When they put them on they broke 2 studs on each side of the front. They wanted to charge me $50 each to replace them. BTW I called the dealer, & they would change them for less than half of that. They didn't assume any responsibility for breaking them. The tires I bought were all season, but they slide in the rain cornering or just turning from a stop, even with all wheel drive, & traction control. (milestars) I went back recently, reluctantly, & regretted it. The day before I replaced my wheel bearing hub assembly, which has all new studs, to fix what they broke several months back. Well after this repair, driving home later that day, my steering wheel was shaking pretty bad, & it wasn't doing that on the way to work that day. I took it to TD because I figured one of the wheel weights had come off. I was talking to the manager at the counter about what happened, & he said they'd take a look at it. He walked away, & there was a shop worker standing there, & he said it ain't a wheel weight that came off. I really didn't like him addressing me like he did, condescending like. Then after it's in there for too long already, they asked me to go out there to show me something. They said a couple of the wheels were a little warped, which I already knew. I told them to put those on the rear, & the same shop hand that spoke to me in the front said "If I can find one that ain't warped I will" with attitude. ??? 1st off this guy don't ever need to be addressing customers with his attitude, & smart a$$ condescending remarks. I had to just turn away & go back inside before I said something I didn't need to say. So they put the wheels back on & I left. Low & behold the next day I had to remove the wheels to install coil overs, & they had over tightened one of the lug nuts on the rear or cross threaded it, & it broke when trying to take it off. I guess that's their m.o. I called & asked to talk to the manager, who told me they'd replace it for free. So I go in. The "manager" knows nothing about it. (of course) After talking to him about it, & we figured out it was the assistant manager that I had talked to. The manager said "he needs to stop giving stuff away"...WHAT?, y'all are the ones that keep jacking things up on my car, ya need to give the customer service like it says you do on your wall in the waiting room, & own it when you mess up. Well reluctantly he replaced it at no charge, it took forever, they had to order the part they told me they had, didn't communicate with me they had to order it, while I'm standing there watching no one work on my car for 35+ min. & not knowing why. They finally got it back together & I got the heck out of there, good Lord willing, NEVER to return.

I have purchased four tires from here and they will definitely beat any price in town. I checked all other tire stores and they had them beat buy $20 or more per tire. Very friendly staff and also very quick.

My husband and I went yesterday to buy some tires, and I'll definitely go again!! They're affordable, highly experienced, and honest people. They will not try to sell you something you don't need; in fact they explained exactly what to prioritize, and what to be aware of later down the road. They understand that people don't have hundreds of dollars to spend. It helps to know what you need right now, and what you can safely get later. Highly impressed with the service!!!!

Work was done efficiently and timely, however, the customer service was pitiful. I stood at the counter as the only customer for 15 minutes while the person behind the register conducted a personal phone conversation before being waited on. Very customer service rude.
