I have been using Farrar Tire for well over 4 years now and always receive excellent service. I normally walk in with equipment tires needing repair and they almost always work me in. Being a small town they are very busy and yes there are times they just cannot get to it that day but that has to be expected from time to time. I wanted to give my review today after seeing the other review, being I use this location frequently I can attest that her experience was most likely exaggerated and not an accurate description of this business at all. They are helpful, friendly, honest people and I always receive nothing but courteous service.

Wasted my time, instead of telling me up front there was no way they could help me today, I was directed to the office, had to wait for someine to get out of the bathroom, then explain my situation, I needed a transmission hose replaced, only to be told next week. I was traveling through on my way north. No courtesy for a stranded traveler. Not one customer was there yet. When I pointed that out and that they could be done with the job before the first one arrives, the man screamed at me that they weren't even open yet. Emoyees were there and it was only 10 minutes til opening. Very rude to a stranded traveler. They put a bad taste in my mouth towards the whole town. They should have been upfront instead of wasting my time. I was polite, and did not deserve to be screamed at with that attitude.
