I always have an awesome experience here at this location. The crew is always so nice and courteous. Their prices are fair and the time you spend there is not that bad. They always have a smile and are always ready to help. Very informative and very helpful.

I wanted to share my experience with the wonderful gentlemen I worked with over the past two days after having a blowout on the interstate. I’m not from Tennessee, so when this happened, I had no idea what to do. I attempted roadside assistance, but of course, they’re backed up and delayed for 24+ hours. After finding a friend with a tow truck, I was relieved to find a tire repair company so quickly. After a quick Google search I found this location with the highest/best Google reviews and went with it. The customer service was top of the line. Gary worked with me for the most part, but Thomas and Steve (I believe was his name) were very helpful as well. This place definitely has some professional, well educated employees. I’ve already gotten a quote on tires for the future on another vehicle I own, so definitely will be returning! I highly recommend this business.

i bought my tires there last year but just last week i had a nail in one tire. i got off the train at 6pm and drove over there to only find out they close at 6. they were so nice. manager said if his wife came in for help and was turned away he would be upset. they fixed it with a smile. i will be back.

This place is always friendly and clean. My daughter who’s tires were from somewhere else was flat. I took it in here and they fixed it for free and even offered the option to have insurance for put on them for the duration of the tire.
