Very pleased with the helpful service, they seemed to actually care and knew what they were doing. Immediately had tires replaced where dealer had sold bad ones on a new car. Staff was fun to watch... Cheerful and made having to spend that much money much less stressful. Bought 4 Michelins for my 2015 Optima. The driving now is a whole new experience of quiet ride, smooth roads, and very secure on wet roads. * Lee

The Clarksville TN Discount Tire delivered a wonderful experience today. I spoke with Dale over the phone regarding 4 new tires and their abilities to service my vehicle today. He was very pleasant and helpful over the phone and during our visit. We left our vehicle for 2 hours (had not scheduled any appointment). While we were gone, we received a call that I had provided wrong information during my check in, although they did not even place the fault on me and took ownership of the problem. They offered a solution immediately that I was completely satisfied with and had my vehicle completed just upon my return. Everyone we spoke with was very pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend this shop for all your tire needs.

The wait time was awful. I dropped my wheels off thinking I could get in and out quicker but I was wrong. Even though they were ready when I got back, I still had to wait over an hour to have them mounted of the car. They need to work on wait time. It was an exercise in emotional control. It didn't help that the clerk wanted to argue with me about how long it took. I think he must have cooked the books. Everything else was fine but the wait time just blew out for me. 1:20 from walking though the door until the car came down of the jacks. 5 more minutes for them to bring me the keys.

Markus was such a great help! I had recently bought a car and the tire pressure light came on. Come to find out, I have a nail in one of my tires and two of my directional tires are on backwards. They're patching my tire, turning around my backwards tires, and putting on new hubcaps for free! Very Very pleased with my service! Will be coming back for any other issues I have in the future!

Disappointed in wait times for a simple tire rotation. Discount tire already got me for $800.00 you would figure a 15 minute tire rotation should be quick, not put in line behind people that are their for new tires. Poor customer service. Sad once you drop the money its hours to wait for rotation and weeks for an appointment. I think I'd rather pay more on my next set of tires to someone who cares more about costumer satisfaction. NO BRAINIER.... DESIGNATE A WORKER FOR QUICK TIRE RATIONS. WHAT ABOUT THE COSTUMER?
