Great place to get an oil change, they inspect your car free of charge, and have great pricing on repairs, I will be returning

We were travel to a funeral and our car developed a horrible noise in the wheel. The local Ford dealer told us we could come in but they couldn't guarantee service that day. Lanes had us come straight over, put it right on the rack and determined we had picked up a rock. Got us safely back on the road to the funeral and did not charge us a thing. Also gave us recommendations for camping in that area for a future trip

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Poor manager. I will never go back,and will not recommend anyone go there.
