Discount Tire

I must say, if you have any doubts about a tire shop, read my review. Tonight, I realized I had a very large nail stuck in my rear tire. I called, and asked if they would be able to help me out. They said yes, if I get there before they leave that would be fine. (I arrived 10 minutes after they closed). They fixed my tire, I was able to get home (and wasn't stranded, for that matter), and they didn't complain once. I am so, so, thankful for them. They didn't charge me at all, and stayed THIRTY minutes after close to get me back on the road. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been going to them for all my tire needs for over a year now, and THIS IS WHY. I want to give a shout out to Jacob, the other manager, and the gentleman that took the time to fix my car, and that wrote the invoice! They made it happen. Thank you SO, SO, much, for taking the time to get my tire fixed so that I could go home, and safely at that! I have NEVER been so thankful, or happy, to get my car worked on! THANK YOU.

Some of the best customer service I've experienced. They really take the time to walk you through all the options especially if you know nothing about tires. Plus I got my tires changed and ready to go in about 30 min. I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking to get new tires.

Man these are the most friendliest, customer-focused group of workers ever. I've been to a few different Discount Tires across the nation and they are all excellent. Knowledgeable employees, always moving with a sense of urgency, and wants the best experience for the customers without a doubt

I absolutely love this location and it’s staff. I’ve been coming here for years and have had nothing but good experiences. These guy work the aftermarket crowd. They don’t shy away from customized vehicles.

We’ve been here several times and their service always has been above and beyond. Having 3 small children in the car, the desire to not have to drag them all out is high. These guys have come to me every time and gone above their job to allow my kids to stay put and offered them water. They are very helpful and trustworthy and make getting necessary tasks a piece of cake. Really appreciate the people that work here.
