Great customer service! They check over you’re car, tell you what you need and are not pushy at all. They also called me a few days later to thank me for comming in.

Highly suggest this shop! staffs here are so friendly and thoughtful! Went to other tire shops to ask them to put my tire on my 20 inches wheel, but theu dont have the tool. So i cone to Big O Tires for help. they finished the work fast and goood!  Will recommend Big O Tires to my friends for sure! 😊😊😊👏👏👏👏👍👍👍
