Great food. I've had the wings, cheesy bacon fries, salad. The customer service is subpar. The workers aren't necessarily rude but there aren't enough. Typically they have the same person cooking and taking orders which causes a delay in ordering and getting anything that you may need from behind the counter like ranch or ketchup if its not out. Still great food, just know you may have to be patient.

Really cool place the ambiance is amazing I love the boxing theme and all the paintings on the wall. So many small details in the design of this place that really impressed me. Service was great! Had the black bean burger and fries it was really good definitely recommend!

First time trying this place and will never ever eat here again. The cashier is excellent and have awesome customer service, the crispy chicken sandwich on the other hand has me sick as a dog right now. It doesn't say anything about bacon on this sandwich instead it had a raw piece of bacon on it. Well that raw baconeven though I didn't eat it has given me food poisoning. I will never eat here again. Thank you but no thank you.

Went here last for dinner ,horrible experience. My food for 2 persons took approx. An little less the an hour abt 45minuntes. When I got my order it was wrong . Wrong burger, wrong sides. They even ran out of cheddar cheese. Servers where nice and apologetic. But the organization of the restaurant was horrible. More like a unmanaged moms and pop greasy spoon than an well rounded experience I expected. Disappointed at the experience. Will I visit again? Maybe alone, but as for another casual dinner date night. TOO Burger embarrassed me.

Excellent burgers especially for the price. I had a specialty burger with fries for about $11. The fries are really nicely spiced and I asked for a medium rare burger and it was perfectly cooked. Try the mac and cheese burger: it's a bit wet but it gives plenty of opportunity to mop it up with the fries. Service was great with a big smile and checked on us at appropriate times. Some of the tables have TVs at them so it would be a good spot to watch a football game or something. Constructive criticism: there didn't seem to be a wastebasket available which was weird. Also the utensils were cheap plastic so it would be nice to upgrade those to metal or nicer plastic at least.

Food was really good the first two times I ate there. But I went there April 1st on a Sunday and my food still wasn't coming to me after 50 minutes. So I made a phone call to try to pass time and you can see employees walking back and forth laughing and staring at me like I'm the one with the problem I seriously just want my food is all so I asked for a refund and 1 other customer asked for one as well which then a lady walked to the register took the ladies receipt gave her cash because she paid with cash and I paid with credit she took my receipt and just threw it away and said have a nice day so I believed she was gonna do something in the system to refund me. it's been over a week and I'm now out of 24 dollars for no food and a horrible experience if you don't like your job choose one your happy at and gimme my money when you ever get the chance. Food is good! And the Service is good! Ordered the BBQ hamburger with seasoned fries and all I can say is...wonderful. Came over there after I got off work and it's not busy 12•30•16

I only gave it a 3 because I haven’t had anything else.. SO my friend ordered the barbecue wings and fries to go. took longer than expected. ok fine? I know that it takes time to make food. We shared the meal and let me just say that the wings sucked ! We both expected more from our first time having it. They were burnt and dry. Fries were ok. 10min later my stomach started hurting, making noises and turning. Need less to say I literally ran to the bathroom smh.

They need Gordon Ramsey the place has possibilities, it's clean, the food it's not bad. Even though it was slow they have one guy cooking, taking orders and serving the food. They need some kind of assistance, plus they close up shop according to the website real early.

Great tasting turkey burger just slow service. I went there for a "quick" bite to eat but it took 45 min to get our food. I asked for a manager to notify them of the issue and they never showed up.
