The place was not busy, but the service was very slow. The chicken was dry, to the point that I could not eat the breast. The server just said ok when I told her about it. The decor is terrific, and this place could flourish with good management. The cheesecake crust was raw and barely edible. Go to the other alternatives in the area and skip this place. They do have an extensive beer list, but the customer service is not worth the beer!

Grilled chicken sandwich that had a type of bbq sauce and coleslaw on it. It also came with fries. The meal was good. The fries really good. I also had a drink called Mermaid’s water. My friend had one as well but they did not make hers the same. Mine you could taste the pineapple and barely taste the alcoholwhich I prefer and hers you couldn’t taste pineapple and it was heavier on alcohol. Still an overall good meal. It did take her a minute to get her drink, she ordered after mine. We got there pretty early on a Friday while events were going on. Probably around 4/4:30pm or so and it wasn’t crowded. We were there about an hour or so. People started to come in after 5pm. I am not sure if this would be considered a traditional English pub but it was a good experience overall.

Service was top notch. Just sat at the bar for the World Games and got to talk to 2 amazing bartenders, one named Jessie. To know that so many celebrities have sat exactly where I was, was mind-blowing and amazing! Very good drinks. I recommend a screwed Russian and Johnny Walker Blue Label

Stopped in for a quick snack and a few drinks and Todd English PUB did not disappoint. The service was fast and food was good. Ordered the burger and greek salad. The burger was outstanding and Greek salad was okay. You can tell they are under staffed but our server did a good job keeping up with all the tables she was responsible for. I did get the impression that some of the tables around me did not get the service we got as they seemed agitated. But personally, our experience was good.

My wife and I ate here before a concert at BJCC. The room was so loud it was difficult for us to talk. The menu was different than the one on the website. Luckily, we had a reservation, or we might not have gotten a table. However, there was a table that stayed dirty during our whole visit. Numerous employees walked by it and never attempted to clean it. I order the chicken and macaroni. The chicken was so greasy I couldn't finish it. She had the shrimp and grits and said they were okay. For two entrees, one shared dessert, and one glass of tea...Our bill was $80 including tip. Definitely not worth it. Doubt we will be back.

Appetizer and main dish?we're brought out at the same time. So .ain't course got cold. When waiter was notified all he said in a very non-desrcipt way was "sorry". After finishing, I asked for the manager and explained to him what had happened. He took the main course off the bill. For a restaurant in a well known upper category hotel, it was a disappointing experience.

We usually have had good service but our last visit wasn't the best. Our appetizer never arrived and the waitress didn't even acknowledge that. We were pretty much ignored after ordering our food and drinks.

I had the fish and chips, which was excellent. My Dad almost made the seven second beer challenge. It looks like a great place for a meal before concerts. We will definitely be coming back!

Truly sad. Good service starts upon entry. Unfortunately, that was the start of the end for us. The dining room manager must have been stressed. He asked where we were going. We said, the bar. He replied, the bar is full. Only, it wasn't. We looked through the glass. So, now we are going to our usual spot, Ruth's Chris. We were trying to stay closer to our truck since we are truck drivers. But, at least we know the service and food will be wonderful there, where you are ALWAYS greeted warmly upon entry. Lesson learned.

Horrible service, waited 15 minutes for drinks. Waitress forget our order. Food was cold and not good at all. I ordered the blackened chicken sandwich and it was so tough you couldn’t even eat it. We will never go back , don’t waste your money or your time.
