Typically call in and pick up. Ordered online this time. To my dismay, it cost $17 for a $9 steak bowl. The person working the back with the cook scooped rice off the side of the table back in to the warm rice. Then she used her bare hand to itch her nose three times. The person on the register was no pleasant PERIOD. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!
I hate leaving a bad review but this one is needed, the cook was mopping the floor and then proceeded immediately to the refrigerator to get the food with his bare hands, no gloves or washing his hands was just totally disgusting to me. I even asked nicely would he was his hands before you touching the food. He got mad told the two cashiers to give me my money back but the two cashiers were very nice and handled the situation well. I think every Restaurant should require glove wearing.
Service ia always fast and food is always hot and ready for you to pick it up. They offer online ordering and pick up with is a plus.

Good experience overall food was cooked fresh and looked really good and tasted good. Nice friendly staff and clean dining area.

I was eating and found out My food had hair in the bottom of it … gross won’t return this happen twice two different locations they don’t wear hair nets or gloves
Customer service was great. Best part of my teriyaki bowl entree was the rice and sauce. Vegetables were few and the chicken was really dry as in previous visits. Hate that because this spot is in an excellent location.
Delicious steak combo and a great price. The customer service was good and the food came out quick. I will go back. Vegetarian options: I saw one 1l vegetarian option hibachi style veggies with rice and a salad type meal.
Ordered 2 chicken bowls, chicken was overcooked and hibachi jumbo shrimp asked for vegetable substitute in lieu of rice only to get home and see they served it with rice in lieu of all veggies. Should've checked it myself before leaving.
