I met my mom here for a late lunch. I was a little out off by the employees’ attitude, but downright disgusted by the state of the restaurant. There is trash in every booth, crumbs and food residue on every table. The drink station has no lids or straws. Really disappointed, I expect better from such a well respected chain.
Good food and decent location. This location seems to have really slow service with longer then average wait times. This location could also a deep cleaning. The ceiling tiles are dirty with dust and mildew in some locations. Not what one would expect from Panera.
I haven't been to this one in about 2 years but it used to be so much better. Hopefully as things get back they can step it up a bit. The food was still very tasty though.
This place was a wreck! Every single table was dirty, there was trash all over the floor, and the beverage area was disgusting. It was 4:30 in the afternoon, and basically empty!
