Firehouse Subs

I order online usually and accidentally ordered a small sub. I went inside and asked if they had already started making it, because if not I wanted to change it to a medium. They had already started so I said not to worry about it. Well, they gave me a medium sub. So nice! Definitely didn’t have to do that!!

Typically an excellent sandwich, but price a little high since doesn't include chips/drink and usually slower than it should be.

If I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would. Worse customer service I’ve ever received I will never return here. Everyone needs to get fired and this whole facility should just be shut down at this point.

Lots of well deserved good reviews. I gotta say though this location doesn't have as good a selection of hot sauce as some other locations. Dave's sauces and some other brand or two for days but no real variety. Service is quick, food is good. They could sweep under tables more often. I eat here frequently.

Very disappointed with how quickly this store's custom service is going down the drain. Don't order delivery. It will take over an hour and a half to get it to you.

Came here yesterday and really enjoyed the food. I believe the cashier’s name was Aniah, she was extremely friendly and helpful with my order.

My favorite sub place! Their food is phenomenal!! They seem to hire the best and friendliest people! Can't wait to go back!
