This is my wife's new sandwich shop. She had a bad experience before and since, under my suggestion of course, we gave it a try and now she's there at least twice a week! Great options, great variety and great sandwiches! Not as fast as the commercials I used to see, but still great food!Food: 5/5
As always the subs are good. But the attitude from the short black woman is enough for me not to come back. Don't know if she's a manager, but she shouldn't be. I'd get rid of her if she is turning away customers. I asked for tea when it was empty and she gets this huffy attitude, slamming things and then reamed out the employee who helped me get my tea. This attitude is common along Garner's Ferry because they hire most of the same people. Almost better to eat at home. I don't want attitude with my dinner, that is way over priced at almost $20!
I’ve been about 5 times so far, always fast and fresh. Had one issue where they put tomatoes on my sandwich and they fixed it no problem. I’d have to say this is even better than Beezers now with their recent quality fall off.Recommended dishesHunter's Club
The cashier seemed new, and had help from another co-worker the whole time. But his co-worker helping seemed just as clueless. The manager then finally came out to help complete my order, she was just as confused and didn’t seem to have the urge to help. By the end of it all, I didn’t receive my drink, with my sandwich being incorrect! Go to a different Jimmy Johns!!
Big fan of this location!! The employees were all so kind and my sandwich was delicious as always! Fast and friendly location definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great sandwich shop!
Excellent experience as always! Jimmy John's never disappoints with the excellent flavor and quality of the food, always top notch and super fresh. Haven't been to this location in a while since I live out of the area, was pleased to learn that the staff are just as awesome as ever! They seem to genuinely care about people and go above and beyond to work not just for the customer but also as a team. As a business owner and someone who works with a public regularly, it is not by accident that this type of culture has been cultivated, surprised to whoever is doing the training here! They obviously hired quality people in train them well. It truly makes the experience more than just a sandwich shop!
I would like to say I had the best experience yesterday at this location! I unfortunately did not catch the employees names but they made my time at the restaurant the best experience I've ever had at this location! It was a woman and guy working and I want them to know thank you!

Great subs but double check your order they have a tendency to not get your sub right
I placed an order online using a free sandwich reward on Friday evening. I placed the order at 835pm for delivery. I did not realize the location closed at 9p nor did I think to look since the online system allowed me to place a delivery order. I did not receive a call or any type of notification that this order would not be fulfilled or delivered. So now I have a pending charge on my account and I am out of a free San Reward that I could've used at a later time such as today if I would've know that they were not going to deliver my order. Im not upset that the location closes at 9p but the online system should be designed to not process orders if it is that close to closing so that things of this nature do not happen. I do a lot of business with JJs which is how I obtained my perk but now its gone and I got nothing in return. This made the business display poor business practices and customer service.
