Torrid

My friend and shopped here and tried on multiple clothing items with different sizes. The service was poor, we did not get greeted, had to search for an employee to try on clothes, interrupted their personal conversation to get help which lead to rude remarks. When we got back to our house an hour later realized we had purchased the items we meant to have put back on the rack and left the correct sizes at the store. After calling and explaining the situation the response was basically "All sales are final, Sorry pay more attention next time." As a retail manager this service was inappropriate. We clearly understood final sales are final but, hoped that since it was a mix up they would understand. Needless to say Torrid has two credit card memebers canceled and lost two loyal customers.

Love it. My only beef is the way they cut their jeans...not everyone has giant legs.

FYI this store has now been changed to “Torrid Clearance”. I got my favorite style of bathing suit bottom for $5, but they do not have a lot of current styles and limited sizing etc. Be aware that it’s not a normal Torrid.

I love Torrid, however this location has a very limited amount of items. I tried calling there before I took the drive up there to check on an item I saw online and the phone number listed all over the web (including the Tanger Outlet store listing) is wrong(?)...when I called; it was a busy signal...so I couldn't even contact them... #badbusiness
