The customer service was not great at all. The people that i was trying to ask question to had a very nasty attitude. And just didn’t seem like they wanted to be there at all. Hopefully the food is good.

The food is delicious. Pick up only. Quality Spanish food. Authentic. I couldn't even finish it all. We have to save some for tomorrow.

My people do not hate or dislike african americans or any other race. They simply do not know how to communicate with you. I appoligise on behalf of them for not knowing hownto communicate. Give them another try and forget about the language barrier. I used to think they looked mad all the time , but they are very nice. this is coming from a Mexican American.

The food is excellent they give you a lot for the money and you don't have to season it

I came across this place by chance and decided to check it out. The food is okay, but the customer service is mediocre. The man who checked me out was very kind, but the woman making our plates had a nasty attitude upon taking our order. For my first time there, my experience was very unpleasant and I have no desire to go back. I do take into consideration the language barrier, but as a first time customer or any customer, the customer service was unacceptable. I was very patient with her and expected the same in return. I saw a previous review from a woman who had issues of being overcharged and mistreated because of the language barrier and I believe it.

The food is exceptional customer service not so much. The employees don't understand or didn't want to understand English. I only speak a little Spanish so I understand but they didn't understand any of my request so I just pointed at what I wanted.

The food is absolutely delicious.. However, the servers men and women in the back the food act like they don't want to service non-hispanic people.. and I am a NYC Panamanian, they just don't know it... The guy at the front register was nice tho..
