I AM So sadd. I have been coming to this Slasrita for years since I moved to Ballantyne. I go a Lil more often then I should almost three times a week sometimes. Well every since Juan a newer store employee has got there I have been constantly discriminated against. I really would love to know why? Is because of my skin color or that I'm a female? But I am always over charged. We got two kids chicken nachos. I was charged for two beef which is more, and a 4oz question which we didn't even receive. I guess it's a female African American tax for coming and eating there. Don't worry Juan I won't be back. You made it clear my business was not appreciated or welcomed today. After 5 years of loyalty I will never return

*edit - Had to drive up there for this but they fixed my order - the tacos and missing salsa. The lady was nice. *original - Had to redo my order a couple times and still didn't get it even remotely right. Ordered 3 tacos with 3 to 4 ingredients on each one. Mostly the same ingredients. And none of them are right - stuff i didn't order hate sour cream and now its in two tacos. I've had success there most times before but tonight they couldn't get it right. This sucks. Was super excited for these tacos.

Owner is very nasty guy.  Had the displeasure of hearing racial epithets hurled at me for complaining that the service is bad and his family members were inconsiderate and obstructive to customers comfort.  I NEVER RETURNED.  He told me call 800 who gives and much nastier remarks and threatened to call police.  That is always the racist 2nd card pulled.

Way over priced. And barely gives you meat in your tacos. Place has gone down hill

How come here every week or two, usually get the quesarito as I believe it can hold a huge portion.  All the workers here have always been very friendly and keep a clean workspace. It's unfortunate that some of the prices have gone up, but I understand the food cost right now. Thank you for all your hard work and the delicious food.

A friend recommended this place and it was my first time in and Henry was amazing!! He walked me through all the options. Honestly made my night!!

This location is a complete joke. I placed an order for delivery at 11:45am. It says “complete.” One would assume that means delivered or shortly thereafter. I get a text 45 MINUTES LATER that my order was canceled. No one answers the phone at the store and corporate customer service is non-existent.  UPDATE: after I had to call the store 15 times because no one answered the phone, some girl said “I have a line” acting like my order wasn’t any important. I told her to figure out what is going on with my order and call me back. She agreed. An hour later I have no response.

I don't like their food. It lacked flavor. Overpriced for no reason.
