Tous les Jours / French Bakery and Wedding Cake shop

No doubt the cakes are amazing however the customer service is terrible and probably the reason why I'll never go back to this location. The one with an attitude is the Manager and the main chef/baker, the staff behind the counter are nice. I have been to the location in Chatsworth california many times n every thing about it is excellent. However since I moved to texas I tried this location in plano twice n both times it was a disaster. When asked for superior or owners contact details, manager refused saying there is nothing to talk to owner im the manager and i decide. She raises her voice n got bad temper. She doesn't understand instructions in english n i don't know how to speak Korean. She is not right fit for this position where you have to talk to all race n cultures n u r not understanding basic requests from customers.

I must say they made me the best caramel macchiato I have ever had! Admittedly, add enough caramel to anything and I will love it, but it was definitely the perfect level of sweet and espresso mixed together to make perfect harmony. I also got buy 2 get 1 free macarons. I tried the coffee, raspberry, and salted caramel. The raspberry filling was perfect but the coffee was probably my overall favorite. I tried a couple samples because I was there on a Saturday and they had them out by the product! I will absolutely be stopping in to every trip to h-mart from now on. The three ladies working were also so sweet and helpful. Great service makes for an even better experience.

Love their bakery products - very fresh and very good quality. I highly recommend to try their stuff - keep in mind they are little expensive. Good place to order or get birthday and party cakes.

They offer a decent selection of pastries and bread but I felt they lack in flavor. Items that include meat is lacking. I'd happily pay more to have an adequate amount of filling vs hitting a cheaper price point to make it more attractive.
