I had a great experience with Town Fair Tire in Augusta. Lee was very helpful in making recommendations for good all season tires that worked for my budget. I set an appointment for two days later and was in and out in about an hour. Fantastic service - will definitely be doing business with them again!

The service was decent the person who helped me was polite to me but the other employees were really rude and seemed sort of angry. Granted it was about an hour and a half before close and they were bringing in tires but to keep telling you to get out of the way when your at the counter trying to take care of your installation is quite rude. My major concern is I drove from Farmington all the way to Augusta to get these tires installed and the tech told me I should really get a 4 wheel alignment, even though it was not needed because the alignment was barely off, only the front was needed. Instead I said okay and had the 4 wheels aligned and on my way home i notice my wheel is now pulling to the other side. So I called they said they're sorry and to come back in before the month is up to get it realigned for no charge, but the fact I now have to drive all the way back to Augusta from Farmington is really unimpressive. So I will be doing that today. I can't say I'll come back though, not the greatest expeirence I've had.
