VIP Tires & Service

I visited the Augusta Maine VIP. The service was fantastic! They were very friendly. My service was on time and did not take an unusually long time. Just a note here about the free inspection deal they offer. That's a great deal! But, They make money on finding problems and suggested maintenance items. It's a good business model. Be savvy. I give four stars instead of five because I felt like I paid a little too much for the work that was done.

The team at VIP Tires & Service in Augusta have been helpful, friendly and quick. I went in to have them do a state inspection and they were running right on time, provided a comfortable waiting space, and didn't try to push a hard sell for anything un-needed on my vehicle, which I appreciated. I'll be back. UPDATED: Went back to bring my father's car in for an oil-change and while I worked with different folks, they were very easy to work with, quick and accommodating! Highly recommend their services!

Really great service. John is amazing. He looks really good in a blue shirt. Needs to learn how to use an iron. My car however is running great.

I almost never give 5 stars to anyone but if i could have given 4 and a half these VIP would have gotten it! This place is great! Taylor the state inspector mechanic was very helpful on things to look for and get worked on. He gave all kinds of helpful hints if I was to do the work myself which was fantastic. I couldn't have gone anywhere better in my book. My car didn't pass inspection but I definitely now know what to do to get it there and keep it running good! Thank you VIP crew and especially Taylor!!

Chris got us in for an oil change without an appointment in about 10 minutes. We were quoted tires for which asked....great price. Chris is super friendly,but very professional. Made us feel great...😀
