Town Fair Tire

I use Town Fair in South Portland for my business. Was driving my wife's car when we heard a scraping sound. Pulled off into a parking lot to find a large piece of the undercarriage was dangling and making contact with the road. Noticed Town Fair in Topsham across the street. Pulled in, but didn't think this was something they would normally handle. They promptly inspected the car and removed the problem piece. When I went to pay, was told there would be no charge. This is why my business and employees are loyal to Town Fair. They've earned our business.

Michael scheduled me in on short notice for two new tires and an alignment. He saw to it that my vehicle was handled professionally and in a timely fashion. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. Excellent customer service, fair prices, and an overall quick and easy experience. I will definitely be back!

Arrive unexpectedly to hope to get a front end alignment, no more than 35 minutes, if not sooner, I was out of there. Super service and excellent staff. I believe his name was Will. I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced there. Thumbs Up!

They got me in even though I was there pretty close to the time they closed. The guy at the counter smiled and they got me right in. The building was very clean and everyone even the techs were very nice! Thanks guys I will be back. This winter for some new tires!

I have read some of the reviews and I'm happy to know that many people have good experiences. I have mostly had good experiences here. I often wait MUCH longer than the quoted time and more often than not I am fine with that. Recently I had my tires rotated. I was driving my daughter 15 miles north when my car started making a terrible sound. Long story short, the wheel was VERY loose! I drove in the breakdown lane to a garage and without knowing what was wrong the mechanic asked me if I had my wheels worked on. I said the tires were rotated. He said, 'your right front wheel is extremely loose.' He tightened ALL 4 tires. Sometimes, I think the employees hurry at TF. 2 years ago I had them rotated. I walked out to get my car and two tires were completely flat. I am sure it can be hard to find good help at times. I like TF but now, after that scary loose tire experience, I am hesitant to return.
