Good experience. Hooked me up with a ride to and from work. Pricing was reasonable and they did a good job! Edit: got my tires here. Came back for service and they told me I had to do a whole brake rotors and pads overhaul for $800. When I asked about the estimate on the parts (part numbers from Napa on estimate) and why they was a 400% markup I was directed to different people and did not get an answer. Brought truck to VIP for second opinion (didn't tell VIP about Sullivan ). Only needed pads done for 1/4 of the cost.... good chance I am not going to return here now that they have lost my trust

I went in to this location for a basic flat repair. After completing the work, one of the technicians noticed a cut in the sidewall of one of my tires. Without knowing if it was caused by the work being done, the manager, Al told me that they would not charge me for a new tire, or the labor to install it. I thought this was great customer service, and I would definitely recommend this location.

Excellent service! I got 4 new tires, they called to tell me I had a bad tie rod end, and that they couldn't align my car. When I asked if the could repair it, they did, even though it was at the end of the day. The price was right ,and I went home very happy. Worth the trip. Thanks Steve for the excellent service!

I’ve been to this windham location twice and both times have been a bad experience. The first time they rotated my tires and didn’t check the air pressure.so halfway home I realized my tire was almost flat. This time they charged me $40 for an oil change then blamed it on the fact that I had my car rotated but if you bought tires at any location (which I did) you get a free rotation. Save yourself the trouble and the chances of being over charged and go some where else.
