I am very happy with the service I received at VIP Farmingdale! I arrived early for my appointment, and was taken right in. The service adviser was friendly and knowledgeable. With my oil/filter change, I received high quality oil and filter. I greatly appreciated the printout of assessment for possible issues. I will definitely be coming back!

Must say after 40 yrs of car ownership as a female customer, this was the best experience I have had in regard to customer courtesy and service. Knowledgable, no attitude of impatience, polite and cheerful. Chris by name. Will recommend this location! TY

This VIP location made a change in its Staff since one of my previous visits. The Customer Service on a scale of 0-10 went from a zero to TEN and I am super impressed! They now offer a Military Discount for Veterans which is already an A++ in my book! The best part though is how they allow customers to look at deficiencies their technicians have found with their vehicle while it's on the lift. This reassures the customer that they aren't getting tricked into paying for something they don't need. And on top of everything they are always looking out for the safety of their customers and their families. Way to go guys! A++!

This was our first time at this particular location. There had been a mix-up with our appointment and the store had no record of it. However, the man I spoke with remembered talking with me and quickly agreed to get me right in. He even gave me a free tire rotation. He was very friendly and made us feel comfortable at his store. I would definitely go back! After a second visit, the sentiment is still the same. Very friendly and quick service. Thank you very much.
