Stayed here on business trip for 2 weeks, kitchen in the room was big plus for length of stay. Very close to the airport and grocery store, as well as the freeway. Morning breakfast variety changes daily and never a disappointment. I felt secure with leaving my vehicle in the parking lot. Bedding and pillows were very comfortable.Rooms: 5/5
Exceeded my expectations. Clean room, fully stocked kitchenette, modern and comfortable. Christmas music in lobby free water and cookies and breakfast. Carpet could use updating but still very pleased. Would stay here again.
Was very pleased with our stay! The young lady at front desk was training and did an excellent job, let me know all the information I needed as far as pool hours, breakfast times, Wi-Fi, offered a shuttle, and was just very kind. We were completely caught off guard and surprised when they informed us that we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite! Completely made our stay 10094737x better due to have two young kids that were going to sleep on a sofa couch originally. Thank you to all the staff at Townplace Suites for making our stay comfortable!
I honestly cannot believe this is a Marriott property. The sink backed up, the toilet didn't work, and the window screen had big holes in it. On top of that it was a premium price for a shabby hotel, and they wanted me to email my credit card information to a gmail address. I will avoid this property in the future.Rooms: 2/5
Excellent staff. Clean rooms. Heated pool. BBQ area next to pool. New large screen televisions in all rooms.
The front desk gentleman, George is a a gem, he was very kind on our arrival. Very easy going and hospitable. I would give him 6 stars if I could.Rooms: 5/5
Danielle the front desk associate was so helpful and kind. She was so pleasant after many delays from our flight due to bad weather. We checked in after midnight, we were the last guests to check in. She was upbeat and made us feel right at home. The room set up was nice with kitchen, a table with chairs and a couch seating area. The breakfast was amazing!!! Good coffee boiled eggs, quiches breakfast bagels with sausage and eggs. Also real Belgium waffles. Very nice!! The lady caring for the breakfast buffet was working hard for everyone. Friendly and making sure everything was in tip top shape.
Great hotel and staff. Very fast with the shuttle to and from the airport. They have wonderful rooms and a pool and hot tub which were really nice to use. They've got a gym that is more than sufficient for working out while traveling. When my flight got canceled, they turned around and picked me up and got me back into my room with fresh sheets and towels. Couldn't say enough great things about this hotel and staff.
The staff here has been truly outstanding and they really went above and beyond for our stay. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind. I'd stay here anytime.Rooms: 4/5
