Toys"R"Us

This new place is really nice but very crowded. Parkings here are free but very limited surrounding this place. Only a handful of cashiers with long lines. The place is very clean though. The toys are stock in very well organized. Overall it is very nice place for your kids and grown up alike.

Good customer service. Staffs were helpful and they actually asked you if you needed help. Sadly, going out of business.

This brand new store is great. I really hope Toys R Us doesn't close. I checked several prices and the in store prices are better then what I can find online! This is very refreshing! Plenty of parking. I suggest going before they possibly close..

The babies r us section is about the same size as the old store but the toys r us side feels about half the size with half the selection of toys. And if you think the old one got crowded at Christmas, wait until you come to this one. The new location does have much better parking but other than that I'd rather have the old store back. Also, they only have 5 checkout lines but numbered them 4-8. I don't know if it is to make you feel like the line that goes to the back of the store will move quicker or not but I find it odd

The toy section is huge, clean, and has a lot to offer. The Babies R Us, however, barely has any clothes or teethers. It's kind of disappointing. We came here because the Pinole one was closing but they had a lot to offer. Sad you can't go to a baby store for baby items that aren't just toys.
