I completely love Toys R Us but what I don't appreciate is staff that are not friendly and unhelpful, which was my experience at this Santa Rosa location, unfortunately. I asked for specific toys and brands and what isles they might be in and the guy had absolutely no clue as to any of what I was looking for so annoying. WORST OF ALL THE CASHIER ALMOST CHARGED ME FULL PRICE ON BARBIE ITEMS THAT WERE ADVERTISED AS BOGOF. I HAD TO CORRECT HER AND SHOW HER THE PHYSICAL PRICE IN THEIR OWN STORE!

Sad day for toys r us. After 70yrs. I can't believe my eyes. That's the toy store i grew up on as a kid. Im sad to see it go. 😭😭

Gave it a 1☆ because we are so very sad all of the Toys R Us stores are closing. It is the last chain of dedicated toy stores in our area and will be a huge loss.
