NEVER AGAIN WILL WE RENT FROM HERE! If I could I would give them 0 stars. Do not rent from here!!! They are so unprofessional!! Everything was good up until we called for our deposit return. When you rent from here they ask for a deposit and they are supposed to return the money a week after... once 2 weeks passed we called because we hadn’t gotten our money back. They told us they were sorry and were going to return it that same day...but they didn’t! We called every week to see what was happening but would always get sent to their voicemail. Then since they wouldn’t return my husbands calls I had to call from my number and to my surprise (I guess since they didn’t recognize my number) they answered! I told them that it’s been 2 months and we haven’t received our deposit, Ms. Brittney apologized and told me she was going to return it that same day.... (Things get worse) I ended up seeing in my bank statement that she actually charged another deposit amount instead of returning my deposit so I call again and what a suprise she doesn’t answer anymore... I left voice messages, I sent text messages and they completely ignored us, that is when I had to contact my bank to file a fraud claim... what a hassle it was trying to contact trailer time rentals! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE RENT FROM HERE!

Where to even begin dealing with trailer time has been a complete nightmare. We booked a toy hauler from Britney back in September 2017 for Thanksgiving weekend, booking went smoothly until we picked up the trailer. Right away we noticed that the trailer being rented to us was in very rough shape nor had it been cleaned. The black tank was full with someone else waste that we had to empty(TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.). The propane and gas tanks were empty that we had to fill before even beginning our trip. Batteries would not hold a charge so the generator had to be run the entire trip causing us to use all of the gas we brought within the first 2 days. All of those issues were mentioned to the guy at pick up and he said there wasn’t anything he could do and we didn't have any options either we either take the trailer or cancel our trip. We then called Britney on our trip to make her away of all the other things wrong with the trailer. The light in the bathroom was broke, inside table missing a leg, shower handle feel apart, floor hooks busted and outside diamond panels had been damaged. She advised to send her a txt with the issues and she would have it taken care of once the rental was returned. NOPE SHE DIDN'T!! We never heard from her again after multiple calls and txts, so with no response we filed a dispute with the credit card company. Still no response from Britney or anyone at trailer time until almost a month later that they are fighting the charges and keeping deposit because we caused all the damage. What a complete joke! Not only did they say we did the damage they stated the black tank was full upon return, we emptied the tanks 2 times once before the trip and once after.DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND RENT FROM SOMEONE ELSE.

I rented their 34 foot toyhauler they claim it’s supp to be clean this is one of the worst trailers that I’ve ever rented their own employee told me it was in bad shape and it should be repaired before it went back out. But at this moment I had no choice being thanksgiving weekend every other trailer company was rented out. The employee did the walk through with me was going over all the equipment how to use it and all. The awning didn’t work the back door step was missing the generator wouldn’t start being that it didn’t have gas so he said just put gas in it and it’ll be fine which wasn’t the case. Also the shower didn’t work the damn thing hadn’t even been dumped I had to dump it. That is crazy how bad this place takes care of there equipment. I tried getting a hold of Britney but she gave me the run around saying she would be there when I dropped it off so we can discuss how bad that trailer was I was very upset I rented this glorified tent. But I will never ever make that mistake again do not rent from this place they will scam u say u damaged the trailer and not return you’re deposit back and make a claim against u that is redicilous so I will be taking them to court now I have all her text saying they apologized for how bad the trailer was and they would take care of us but that wasn’t the case. Please be careful with these people they will scam you .

Worst place u can rent from been trying to get my deposit back for 2 month now n still haven’t not received it yet. Dnt ever rent from these low life fool.
