After long time I tried to rent the teardrop trailer, I finally had the chance to do so for a long thanksgiving weekend in Glamis, CA and it was awesome. First the service I received in Saint Offroad was 5 stars, from the pickup to the return. The trailer arrived clean full of water and gas with some extra paper plates and plastic utensils. I drive a 2013 FJ Cruiser and I didn't feel almost any effect on my driving, on the trail it was piece of cake and climb rocky hills without much of an effort. The mattress is pretty comfortable and the trailer is pretty insulated from the environment temperature. Overall we had a great experience

We rented a SoCal Teardrop off-road trailer from Off The Grid Rentals/Saints Offroad for a week-long camping trip. It was great! My wife has begun to have trouble sleeping on pads, and we thought this would be a good alternative, fitting some wedge pillows into the cabin to give her the "zero-g" sleeping position she needs. It worked well. We both had excellent nights sleeping in the cabin, and were able to cook while outdoors, which was something we preferred to the indoor kitchen in a larger motorhome/trailer. It rained a few times on our trip, but we rigged some tarps over the back hatch and it was almost no inconvenience. The side awning worked perfectly, so between it and the tarps on the back we had a nice large dry area to walk and sit and eat. The stove, sink, and refrigerator were nice touches of luxury, and having solar cells to recharge the trailer battery was a comforting thing. The people at Saints were helpful and conscientious about making sure we knew how to handle the trailer. It came with full propane mini-tank for the stove, full 30-gallon water tank, several sets of sheets for the bed, some cooking gear (which we augmented), even a radio and power outlets in the cabin. We checked it out clean and tidy, and brought it back somewhat muddy, not a problem. I even noticed that they had stocked the front storage with a fix-a-flat, which we were fortunate not to need. In all, the experience was fantastic! I can strongly recommend Saints Offroad, and I'd be pleased to rent from them again.
