Mellisa and company were extremely helpful! We’ve always rented RVs but was our first time renting a trailer. She explained everything thoroughly and was so very kind. Shawn was very nice. He explained all the controls and made some helpful suggestions. The checkout was simple. Despite the weather at El Capitan, we still enjoyed the nice roomy trailer that was provided. We will definitely be returning customers!

Melissa was so helpful and professional. She made the whole process easy. It was our first time renting a trailer and it couldn’t have been easier! I’ll definitely be using this company again!

RV was clean and comfortable and in good condition. Plenty of space for 4 kids and 4 adults. One thing to be aware of, is coffee maker will not run without generator being on, so if you are at a camp that doesn't allow generators before 10am...

Our experience was fabulous! My daughter and I joined our friends for "tent" camping the year before and swore we'd never do it again.....UNTIL we found out about 101 RV Rentals. What a perfect way to camp! Especially for a single mom and her teenage daughter! Clean, contained and comfortable. I'd recommend Melissa, Shawn and the 101 team to everyone! We'll be on it for 2017 to get our reservation in early!

This was our first time to rent from 101. We could not have been happier with the service, and the trailer!! Melissa answered our questions the few times we called before our trip, and was very helpful. Sean was awesome setting up the trailer. What an awesome team! We loved the trailer!! The beds were so comfortable, not what we expected, so we were thrilled! The trailer is clean, and roomy.
Unfortunately we were there when the El Capitan fire started June 15, 2016. We packed most of our stuff in the early evening and left for a hotel. We feared we would be evacuated in the middle of the night. We saw Sean driving into the campground as we were leaving. I know he was worried about all their trailers. I told him to do whatever he needed to do, if it was pulling the trailer out, or whatever. We left some of our things because we were not sure if we would be coming right back the next day.
We were sorry to hear the next day that the whole campground was indeed evacuated at 11:00 pm that evening. We called Sean, but was not able to get in touch, but our friends who also rented a trailer were able to talk to him. He said he would take care of our stuff, and load it all in the trailer and take it to their lot if needed. That's what I call loyal service!!
Sean called out friends who were still in town the next day, and our friends were able to go in and get the rest of our things.
We were so sorry for having our trip cut short because we were really enjoying our stay. We look forward to renting from 101 again next time.
