Casitas Trailer Rentals

We have rented a trailer from Casitas several times and each time was a great experience. They are so easy to work with and are friendly. We have used 3 models of trailers and had no issues with any. Larry who sets them up on your site is great and even comes back to make sure you have all you need. Highly recommend.

I love Casitas Trailer Rentals... I have been using them since March 2008. I have never had a problem with anything. Megan is always very helpful and takes care of everything and she makes sure to send me a check list of stuff I will need before I go. Larry who takes care of you while you're there is truly amazing.. Always right there if I need him. Even if it's just for toilet paper.. It's nice to show up at your site on hot day A/C on and the fridge is cold. I keep going back to them year after year and I tell all my friends and family to use them. In the past 13 years they all have too. .. Thank you so much Megan and crew for always taking care of us.

We have been using Casitas Trailer Rentals now for probably five years or more. We use them anywhere from 2 - 5 times a year and have never, ever had a bad experience. There have been times when something has gone out in the trailer we rented, but it was fixed while we were there camping and it did not interrupt our camping experience at Lake Casitas. I would definitely recommend, and I do recommend Casitas Trailer Rentals to anyone who is interested in renting a trailer at the lake or anywhere else in their agreed upon renting area. Larry, who sets up the trailers is wonderful and friendly. Megan is always so very helpful. I cannot say a bad word against this Company. We love you and see you at the Lake!!!

My family and I recently rented an RV from Casitas Trailer Rentals in June of 2015. I was pleasantly surprised with their customer service from our arrival at the campsite and during the time that my reservation were being made, I was greeted with professionalism and friendly customer service. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and with great detail. Upon our arrival our RV was already set up with the air-conditioning on and the refrigerator up and running. Once we got settled a representative by the name of Larry greeted us with a friendly smile and clearly explained how everything operated in the RV. He made me feel confident enough, that I made the best mac and cheese for my family for dinner using the RV oven. I would reach out to Megan at Casitas Trailer Rental for our next summer adventure and look forward to connecting with Larry again. My sister and I have been using Casitas Trailer Rentals for what maybe the last 5 years. We really haven't had any bad experience when using them. One time the pipes got frozen but Larry came out right away fixed it within minutes never even knew he was there we went along with our business. Larry is very helpful always checking to make sure we are all okay checking to see if we need anything. I haven' meant Megan but she is always willing to work with you, I have had the pleasure to meet her husband (sorry I forgot his name) he was also very helpful. This young couple has the people skills and I am so happy they are doing this type of business for people like myself.Keep up the great work Megan (Megan husband) and Larry you guys are the greatest I would recommend you to my own parents.
