WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I reserved a trailer to pick up in Orange County and drop in San Luis Obispo. During the reservation process the website offered me a $22 discount to drop the trailer in Grover Beach which I accepted. When I arrived in Grover Beach the first attendant told me I would have to take it back to San Luis Obispo, which I objected to. His supervisor (John) came over smoking a cigarette and told me if I were nicer they would accommodate me but because I objected they were not going to accept it or they would charge me a large drop fee. I fired up my computer to show the reservation (which I still have) and in the mean time John came back and told me they were going to do me a favor and take the trailer. After my computer came up and I was able to retrieve the original reservation I walked in the office (where the manager was also) and tried to point out to them they were not doing me a favor that my original reservation had the drop in Grover Beach. They were rude and asked me to leave, and no one apologized for the mix up including the manager. I would never do business here again and both John and the manger need to be counseled. They were very rude to a customer who had paperwork that showed he was dropping at the correct location. VERY RUDE, VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Very helpful! Last minute I called to rent a car hauler trailer, and after they realized their last one just went out, they helped search other locations while I was on the phone, and even made a reservation for me. They even called me back promptly when I lost connection going through the Gaviota tunnel (hands free on my cell) great service!
