Rented a couple of trucks and a trailer from them and never had a problem. I always received good customer service but I haven't used them in about a year.

I returned a U-Haul truck here they were fast courteous and very helpful. I have rented from budget in the past and believe me that will never happen again I will always return to U-Haul.
